First these joining the training course will be given a stipend of RS 100 per day. And in view of their profession they will be given a tool-kit worth RS 4000. These trainees will be exempted from tuition fees, Exam fees and certification fees. For those workers for the village area will have not to produce any certificate & their payment (pay slip) the Gujarat government has taken steps of training our young youth to make them fully fledged skill workers in the fields of construction.
